Got questions? We’ve got answers.

Payments

  • What are your payment terms?

For private jobs, depending on how big it is, we will ask for a 10% deopsit, 50% progress payment, and a 40% final payment. You must pay these by the due date provided otherwise we will have to cease production and will return to site after rescheduling once the terms are paid.

  • When do I pay my deposit?

Once you have accepted your quote, we will send out a deposit request on the following Monday which will need to be paid in order for schedulling to go ahead.

  • When do I pay my progress payment?

Progress payments will need to be paid the Friday prior to the booked installation date.

  • When do I pay my final payment?

We expect all Final payments to be paid on completion.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Bank Transfers

  • I cannot find my invoice, what should I do?

For any reason if you cannot find your invoice, you should firtsly check both your inbox and your junk folder in your emails. If it is not in either of these folders you should either send an email or call us and we will send through the Invoice as soon as possible.

  • Where can I find your bank details?

Our bank details are located at the bottom left of the quote that you receive below the terms of payment.

Process

  • What are your lead times?

Lead times depend on how big the job is, what it includes and our current availability. No job is ever the same which means that lead times will differ for every client. Usually for smaller jobs that don't include material such as custom cabinetry or 2pac, we can get production done ranging from 4-6 weeks. For larger jobs that can also include 2pac, custom cabinets or materials, this will definitely create a longer lead time ranging from 6-8 weeks. These lead times can change due to changes in the production, external factors such as mould or water damage, and sickness.

  • When are installation dates organised?

We schedule installation dates from when we receive your deposit payment. This way we are scheduling jobs fairly for when they have been accepted and paid for, and are ensuring every job is completed efficiently.

  • What can I expect from a Site Check and Measure?

Our site foreman will check the area for unknown water damage, mould, or anything else that could affect the job's production. From here he will measure for the job that you have requested accordingly. Please ensure the insured owner or someone over the age of 18 is home for us to carry out the site check and measure.

  • If I have exact measurements, do you still need to do a Site Check and Measure?

If you have exact measurements for the job you are hoping to have quoted, you can send them through via email with a scope of works, address, phone number and photos (preferably). Once this is sent through we can get these into quoting immediately without having to carry out a Site Check and Measure.

Costs

  • Is disposal included in the total cost?

Yes, disposal is included in the cost. This is part of the Labour fee as our tradesmen / installers will need to move and dispose of any remaining rubbish/cabinetry on site.

  • We are on a budget, can you reduce the price?

Depending on your job there is a good chance that the price is fixed meaning we won't be able to adjust the price.

Quotes

  • When should I receive my quote?

After your site check and measure we take the measurements to our financing department who will start the quoting process. It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the quote to be sent out.

  • I didn't receive my quote?

If you haven't received your quote after 10 business days, you should email or call to follow this up so we can figure out if the quote is lost via email or still in the quoting process.

  • How do I accept my quote?

Once you have received your quote and have thoroughly read through it, if you are happy with the description and price you can either email or call to let us know so we can send out the deposit request the following Monday.

  • How do I choose between Stone and Laminate?

When it comes down to it, choosing your benchtop depends on whether you are looking for quality or price. • Can I see designs before I accept the quote?

Unfortunately we do not provide finished designs for your job until after the quote is accepted and placed into progress. This is due to the amount of time and work that goes into creating a finished design which we provide at the design stage.

  • How do I know what what I will be getting before I accept the quote?

As we cannot supply finished designs until after the quote is accepted, there is a detailed scope of works on the quote which we supply to you from the measurements from Site Check and Measure. The details of the quote will be in this description outlining everything that will be included in your final design. The quote is the idea of the product, and the design is when we bring your idea to life.

  • What is the difference between 2Pac and Melamine?

2Pac is cut to size and then spray with a 2-part liquid concentrate that includes acrylic and a hardener. 2Pac is also more expensive but will last a long time. Melamine (Colour Board) is a resin infused decorative paper which is heated down onto the board. It is cheaper but easier and more cost effective to replace.
